Flow Wrap
The flow wrapping facility at Marsden Packaging Limited offers innovation for packaging solutions. The horizontal flow wrappers have assorted crimp sizes which provide airtight seals. Flow wrapping is extremely versatile and cost effective and can adapt to accommodate all sizes, depths of single or numerous products. Each machine is capable of wrapping up to 50,000 packs per daily shift. Marsden Packaging Limited can supply film in plain, printed, food grade, metalised and print registered if required.
Hand Line
Marsden Packaging Limited offers numerous hand packing services including product modification, on-line labeling and the most up to date coding facilities. The hand packing line operations can be operated in ambient controlled environment and also in our most up to date chilled production environment.
Automatic Hand Sealer
The L sealing process enables you to pack one or multiple products together. The seal is along 3 sides of the finished product in a clear film so that the customer can see both the product and quantity. Marsden Packaging Limited can also supply a label and barcode design for traceability.
The Stabilo or Quad Bag

The Stabilo or Quad Bag is unique by the way all four corners of the bag are heat sealed with the seal normally visible at the rear of the pack positioned at one of the corners.
The end result is a stand up bag with exceptional point of sales presence, maximising surface areas on both front and rear of the pack, with no visible back seal.
Multi-Bagging
Marsden Packaging Limited has the most modern multi-bagging equipment enabling many variable products of different size and weight to be collated into one form – fill and seal bag.
Skrink Sleeves
Marsden Packaging Limited can supply tamper evident seals that will protect customer products and deter malicious tamperers. The shrink sleeves can be supplied with a perforated tear-strip that is easy to remove, but virtually impossible to replace in an untampered state. Tamper evident can also be supplied in label form used on any surface including cartons, tins, wraps and acetates.
